Food Retail/Residential Development, Cricklewood

The scheme is for a large food retail unit plus residential development and basement car parking on land adjacent to the A5 Cricklewood Broadway. Paul Mew Associates is appointed as traffic consultants to assess the traffic impact of the proposed development, and particularly the impact on the adjoining road network which forms part of TfL's Strategic Road Network (SRN).

Wyevale Garden Centres

Over recent years we have worked on around 20 development schemes for Wyevale Garden Centres.  Studies have been carried out to help gain planning consent for expansion plans and have covered a range of issues and disciplines such as trip generation, car park design, market research and junction capacity.

Food Retail, Virginia Water

As part of plans to create a new quality food convenience store adjacent to Virginia Water station, Paul Mew Associates prepared both a Transport Assessment and Travel Plan. Given the site's location and the 'basket trade' nature of the development, traffic impact was shown to be low - taking advantage of the excellent levels of local public transport services.
